terms and conditions of purchase and sale

1. general provisions

1.1. these terms and conditions of purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the "terms") are a legally binding document for both parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the buyer and the seller, the conditions for the purchase and payment of goods, the procedure for delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the online store www.pleire.com
1.2. by placing an order, the buyer confirms that they agree with these terms
1.3. the agreement between the buyer and the seller shall be deemed concluded from the moment the buyer, having created a shopping cart in the online store, specified the delivery address, selected the payment method, and familiarized themselves with the terms, clicks the "buy" button

2. personal data protection

2.1. when ordering goods in the online store www.pleire.com, the buyer must provide the requested data: name, surname, address, telephone number, and email address
2.2. the buyer is responsible for providing accurate data during the purchase process
2.3. by placing an order, the buyer agrees that their provided personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order, the buyer also agrees that informational messages necessary for the fulfillment of the order may be sent to the email address provided
2.4. the buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the buyer has given explicit consent
2.5. the seller undertakes not to disclose the buyer’s personal data to third parties, except when required by competent state authorities under the laws of the republic of Lithuania or with the buyer's separate written consent

3. rights and obligations of the buyer

3.1. the buyer undertakes to pay the seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept them
3.2. the buyer must provide complete, accurate, and correct information in the payment form, if the buyer provides inaccurate, false, or misleading data in the payment form, www.pleire.com has the right to cancel the buyer’s registration and delete the data
3.3. if the buyer’s data provided in the purchase form changes, the buyer must immediately inform the seller
3.4. ordered goods are non-returnable, except when the buyer receives defective goods, in accordance with the rights established by the laws of the republic of Lithuania

4. rights and obligations of the seller

4.1. the seller undertakes to ensure that the buyer can properly use the services of the online store www.pleire.com
4.2. if the buyer attempts to compromise the stability or security of the online store or fails to fulfill their obligations, the seller has the right to immediately and without prior notice restrict, suspend, or terminate the buyer’s ability to use the online store
4.3. the seller undertakes to respect the buyer’s right to privacy regarding the personal information provided in the purchase form and not to transfer it to third parties
4.4. the seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the buyer to the address specified by the buyer
4.5. due to important circumstances, the seller may temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the online store without prior notice to the buyer
4.6. the seller may unilaterally change these terms
4.7. if the buyer continues to use the services of www.pleire.com after changes to these terms, it shall be deemed that the buyer has agreed to the amendments

5. ordering of goods, prices, payment procedure, deadlines

5.1. the buyer can purchase goods online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
5.2. orders are accepted through the online store www.pleire.com
5.3. all product prices in the online store are indicated in euros, including vat
5.4. the buyer undertakes to pay for the order at the time of purchase, the shipment is prepared only after payment for the goods is received
5.5. payments can be made by credit and debit cards, as well as via paypal and applepay systems, payments are processed using stripe and paypal payment platforms

6. delivery of goods

6.1. the buyer must specify the exact delivery address of the goods
6.2. the buyer undertakes to accept the goods personally, if the buyer cannot personally accept the goods and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the buyer has no right to make claims to the seller regarding delivery to the wrong recipient
6.3. the goods are shipped to the buyer within 2 business days from payment confirmation
6.4. in all cases, the seller is exempt from liability for failure to comply with delivery deadlines if the goods are not delivered or are delayed due to the buyer’s fault or circumstances beyond the seller’s control
6.5. the buyer must immediately inform the seller if the shipment is received in damaged packaging, if incorrect goods or quantities are delivered, or if the product set is incomplete
6.6. the buyer must send photos of the damaged parcel and/or product(s) to the seller by email

7. product quality and warranties

7.1. all product details sold in the online store www.pleire.com are specified in the product description provided for each item
7.2. the quantities of goods shown in store photos may not always relate to the product price – the images may display more units than the price includes, units of measurement are indicated in the product description, product colors may slightly differ depending on the buyer’s monitor
7.3. the seller may provide a specific quality guarantee for certain types of goods, the duration and other conditions of which will be indicated in the product description

8. marketing and information

8.1. the seller may organize various promotions and offers in the online store www.pleire.com
8.2. the seller has the right, unilaterally and without notice, to change the conditions of promotions or to cancel them, any change or cancellation becomes effective from the moment it is made
8.3. the seller sends notifications to the buyer via the email address provided in the purchase form
8.4. the buyer sends all notifications and inquiries to the seller using the contacts specified in the "contacts" section of the online store
8.5. the seller shall not be liable if the buyer does not receive informational or confirmation messages due to internet connection issues, the buyer’s email service provider, messages being filtered into the spam folder, or due to incorrect data provided by the buyer
8.6. the buyer’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes under the conditions specified in clause 2.4 of these terms

9. final provisions

9.1. these terms and conditions of purchase and sale are drawn up in accordance with the laws and regulations of the republic of Lithuania
9.2. these terms are governed by the law of the republic of Lithuania, any disputes arising from the implementation of these terms shall be resolved through negotiation, if no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedures established by the laws of the republic of Lithuania
